COOKING
Ham Glaze
½ C. light vinegar
1 C. water
1 tsp. yellow mustard
¾ C. brown sugar
Mix well, pour over ham and bake.

Red Eye Gravy
Fry ham steaks in a frying pan.
Remove the ham steaks from the pan,.
Pour 1/2 C. strong black coffee into the pan with the ham drippings.
Bring to a boil and stir well.
Spoon over ham.

Almond and Raisin Sauce
2 tbs butter
4 tbs flour
3 C. ham stock
1 C. raisins
½ C. shaved almonds
1 tbs sugar
¼ C. vinegar
Melt the butter and add in the flour.
Add the stock and stir until thickened.
Stir in the raisins, almonds, sugar, and vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
