COOKING
Ham Glaze
½ C. light vinegar 1 C. water 1 tsp. yellow mustard ¾ C. brown sugar
Mix well, pour over ham and bake.

Red Eye Gravy
Fry ham steaks in a frying pan. Remove the ham steaks from the pan,. Pour 1/2 C. strong black coffee into the pan with the ham drippings. Bring to a boil and stir well. Spoon over ham.
