Shopping Bags

           2 - 18 X 18 “squares of heavy duty canvas per bag. Mix and
            match colors as you please.
            2 – 10” lengths of 1” wide cotton webbing for handles.
            Iron on decals from your local craft store.

            Place two squares of canvas together.
            With your sewing machine, stitch around 3 of the sides ½”
            from the salvage.
            Do the same again only ¼” inside of the first seam.
            Fold over the top of the sack ¾” and zig-zag stitch it down.
            Attach the handles with 2 rows of stitching to make them
            good and secure.
            Iron on your decal.

            Repeat for as many shopping bags as you think you’ll need.
            When they are not in use you can fold them over and store them in the first
            bag. Place in the trunk of your car and you’ll always have them handy. Keep
            your coupons in the bag too and you’ll never forget them.
